So what do investors need to know here? Retail investors are afraid that inflation is getting out of control, and therefore buying gold to hedge against that risk. Now it could be a good opportunity to look at small cap companies and other juniors in the gold space riding this nice, nice wave right now. Keep an eye, though, on very strong assets and management teams, as this will be key for these companies to start executing.
